What the mod contains: 3 variations of a Lion themed Buckler and 4 variations of a Lion themed Dagger
What more to come: Maybe other weapons, maybe not.
How to get the items: You must find them or craft them. You need Steel Smithing, Advanced Smithing and/or Dragonbone Smithing Perks. These can also be improved/tempered.
Information:
These 3 variations are designed for early, mid and late game. The steel versions need steel smithing, the fine items need advanced smithing and dragonbone versions need dragonbone smithing perks. There is also a iron dagger version. Bucklers are light armor. Weights, armor values and other stuff are set according to similar vanilla shields. However the daggers are a little bigger than vanilla.
Shield collision fits the size of the buckler, which means that they are pretty bad at protecting you from arrows. They do work fine in melee combat. The set is made for sneakier type characters so that you don't have to sneak around with a tower shield in the hand.
I made a mod to go with this adding daggers to the bladesman perk if you want to fight better with a dagger and a buckler Bladesman Perk for Daggers and Swords
