    dude extend these acceleration changes into weapon draw, spell draw, shield draw, this will considerably increase the speed of switching weapons, hotkeys, etc.

    something im looking into creating and releasing, skyrim has far too many crapnims slowing down gameplay

    I personally do not use this mod anymore and there are some glitches which I can't fix.

    just an fyi for anyone using this and getting stuck at table interactions... you can alt+tab out and back in to fix it instantly

    i actually play in windowed borderless and just do this when it gets stuck 80% of the time since its still faster than normal anims :skull:

    FNIS goes nuts when this is installed, took me 2 hours to determine it was your mod. the animations have not been converted for SE

    tl;dr if any animations break and your character gets stuck, remove/rename the animation file added by the mod (search for the filename)

    This mod is pretty great, specially dismounting more quickly (as fast dismount was never ported and Convenient Horses is bloated).

    While some animations not playing or skipping can be a bit jarring, for the most part it's not that big of a deal.

    I did find one broken animation though, the one when you exit an anvil (lone anvil, without a forge I think). My character would become stuck and force me to reload a save (once I was able to regain control but some things were weird like the camera not switching points of view).

    A simple workaround was to rename <Data>\meshes\actors\character\animations\blacksmithanvilexit.hkx (or remove it) from the mod (easier if using Mod Organizer), this should be the case for any other animation that gets stuck if anyone else encounters that problem.

    This will revert back to having a slow animation, but at least not broken.

    Can you add faster combat animations too like faster spellcasting? Would LOVE to have an faster animation at something like this! :)

    2 - This would explain why I take 30 seconds to come out of a T pose after smithing, dismount horses by failing to the ground(uber fast dismount for the win tho!). Get on the cart by insta porting to bench etc

    Im not 100% positive these are all you but my searches so far put them in your mod.

      I think FNIS says that because the files are empty. If you are having issues with the smithing animations i recommend you to remove the ones associated with it. The odd transition for the cart and horse are "intended". Thanks for the report.

      this is weird i usually check with fnis on every rerun if my hkx's are consistent and never get such a warning.

      Getting the same error, tried to converttoskyrim, but does nothing since the files are empty.

      I get the same errors too, but it actually works for me, but with less to no attentive bugs, like dismounting and fly shortly over yours Horse and fell down XD. Well i also have no other Animation Mods and i don't have problems when smithing, I don't use smithing Mods though too.

    Could anyone help me edit this a little bit? I like most of this, but I don't like how in many cases my character will just unnaturally float into the animation and not actually save me time. Prevalent in the carriage ride, you just float up to the seat really fast, but you still have to sit there while the driver lets off his speech. Also kind of odd mounting and dismounting the horse. Can someone help me remove said changes from the mod? I mostly just want to use this for faster access to crafting stations.
