Min/max by the player: the spectrum you are allowing the mod to tweak damage dealt by the player.
For example:
min damage to the player: 1x / max damage to the player: 2x. The mod will adjust difficulty within these bounds. You will never take more than 2x damage, nor less than 1x.
min damage by the player: 0.5x / max damage by the player: 1. The mod will adjust difficulty within these bounds. You will never deal less than 0.5x. damage, nor more than 1x

I have googled "how to port mods to SSE" and made this in 10 minutes.
Therefore, i cannot provide any support sadly.
However, maybe someone who knows what they are doing can help you out. Ask away.
Could you maybe compact the form IDs and release it as ESPFE/ESL flagged, please?
Thanks :)
Thank you, kindly. !!

Can't say i have found the perfect settings for my taste yet.
However using "dynamic" mode and setting to "adept" seems to work fine.
Difficulty tends to vary more wildly early on the playtrough, when it hasnt collected much data. It should stabilize later on though.
Difficulty MCM has beend superceded by simply balanced.
For a more detailed static difficulty mod, try simply balanced: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/15541
It is, however, very basic. I only changes damage multipliers.
I would sugest using "Simply balanced" another mod, wich is far more customizable.
