Perfect location for the house! The only issue I have is Falkreath one is not compatible with northern roads, as loading after will cover the smithing area with land, and loading before creates land tears. Not a total deal breaker for me however.
Whiterun version is compatible with both JK's Whiterun Exterior and Elis' Halla. Loved the original but the location was tough for someone who doesn't fast travel. Thanks for this!
I am using the Falkreath version and it needs a patch for Nature of the Wild Lands to fix clipping with some plants. Also I am having straw on the bed, but I dont know which mod is causing this:

Only two must haves for me that would make this a perfect abode, deity shrine choice (Dibella, etc.) and a wooden outside hot-tub to soak one's weary bones and clean the dust off from the day (liken to the Geralt statue, of him soaking in a tub with his rubber ducky, LOL).
Good idea, very doable as a mod project, first, you should examine how the game handles dibella shrines in the SECK. Then find a mod that has the bath feature you like and examine it in the SECK. You should be able to reverse engineer/backtrack how those features work. Then you would load up the Gwent Hearth plugin in SECK, do not set as active, make the changes, save to plugin. Send me the plugin and I'll host it here for you, or you can make a Nexus page for your edits.
A mod in your LO is editing the same terrain - you need to move Gwent Hearth to a higher priority so its Landscape records win. If you have ICAIO in your LO, move GH after it - it might be the culprit.
Confirmed, for me it was Immersive Citizens (ICAIO). I didn't know that mod changed the landscapes, but it's a simple enough fix in Vortex. Just go to Manage Rules, set GH to load after ICAO, and you're good to go.
I use the Whiterun version, which does add nicely and makes a more addition to outsides of whiterun together with Provincial Courier service and ancient land.
But...yes a but, the chimney seems to be missing and instead i get a blackish flickering to more disappeared version of the chimney (exterior) (interior is working normal), are there textures missing or what could be causing this?
Least Whiterun feels nicely populated now, Gwent house, across skyfall estate, then Provincial courier and white river farm (to build), and near fort greymoor revrun build up the burned down ruined house and on east side whiterun river expansion and on top ancient land adding nice old stuff.
Sadly wanted also dark's whiterun market but without a decent patch i can't get that to work with all those mods, would clip to much buildings in eachother, without ancient land i can make it work but then i miss Ancient land. So your house really came in time to least make me happy in whiterun with it fortified and expanded 2 more districts. I love that a big city feel like a big city and not a village or town.
I doubt Skyfall and Gwent house is compatible together. You might get landscapes issues. Though I have patched that for my load order and have these 2 houses running nicely now. You might want to check if yours are fine.
I checked, didn't see any landscape issues, works nicely together, and the only problem, but that was from before gwent house also, travelers of skyrim and some other npcs sometimes tend to go first the river then skyfall bridge and then back to the road, but not a huge problem, they keep on walking.
Note: Maybe they got automatic fixed as I use 2 landscape fixes and several patches for it with other mods, which why i don't see landscape issues.
Extra Note: I have seen that market as well, but i don't think that works well with fortified whiterun and provincial courier service, seen on your page and people confirm that there clipping issues and requesting a patch for that.
Whiterun is great as it is now with all the little additions, also found a new teleport stone mod which let me place up to 32 myself anywhere i want which could flower up whiterun too with one.
Just to info you , I didn't checked it but I think the Falkreath version is incompatible with Nordieu Player Home Mod that now its off nexus maybe for rework don't know , however some myth have it installed as I do !
