for anyone wracking their brains puzzling out why the animation isn't playing properly, the condition seems to be incorrectly checking if 801 (the magic effect that controls whether serana is holding the umbrella) is equipped in the left hand instead of 802 (the umbrella itself)
going to Serana Umbrella\Meshes\actors\character\animations\DynamicAnimationReplacer\_CustomConditions\55001, opening _conditions.txt, and changing 0x000801 to 0x000802 should fix the issue
I really like this mod, but I cannot get the animation to work. I have disabled all animation mods other than DAR and this one. She holds the umbrella like a torch, which is not too bad but it is a little distant from a natural position. Pretty sure it is my user error, but if anyone is able to clue me in as to what it could be I would be grateful.

i'm using OAR right now and also using several animations like dynamic torch idles and wondering if maybe i need to set a condition in oar for the umbrella.. if so, i'm wondering what conditions
I cured Serana and she still shielded herself from the sun. Thanks to advice from IsharaMeradin on the forum, I added condition to hide umbrella after humanization. Use xEdit to add the expanded condition pictured if you would like the tweak.
OK so I love this, it suits her perfectly but can anyone tell me how to make it a little smaller? Like half the size? A parasol works, the current gothic golf umbrella feels like overkill & gets in the way in a tight space!
