Depends how they are implemented. Probably should be compatible, assuming the replacers are implemented by overwriting the vanilla meshes or by directly editing the outfits assigned to vanilla guards.
If they create new outfits and then assign those to the npcs, then that'd need a patch, but that would be a really weird way to implement a replacer.
isn't it spelt Jailer? Is there variety between some renamed to Jailor or Turnkey? Can we have just one guard exactly renamed to Turkey who only responds as "gobble" when interacted with or more violently as "GOBBLE!!!"
Jailor is an alternative spelling of jailer. It is used in the base game NPCs "Riften Guard Jailor" and "Imperial Guard Jailor", so I went with it for consistency. We could also throw in a third candidate, "gaoler" which is a really weird spelling that is sometimes used in England, if I recall.
While I occasionally entertain the idea of joke features in my mods, I ultimately strive to keep them contained to my vision of what they should accomplish.

Edit: Mostly, Riften is working but Whiterun not
