The Staff of Magnus is hardly the powerful staff it is said to be, I use Zim's immersive artifacts to make it somewhat better (Not required but recommended) but I still needed EnaiSiaion's Vokrii mod to affect it's stats (Vokrii is required)
This patch was made for my personal use and I am uploading it as a request from a fellow Redditor. Feel free to use it a a guideline to expand it with other staff enchantments.
