Introduction:
This mod was designed for Skyrim SE and Dragonborn,
It should work with other mods and DLCs, however, if you encounter any incompatibilities, please let us know.
The Northward team brings you a new player home island, located along the north-eastern coast of Skyrim.
Explore a recently-abandoned cottage, built by a wealthy Dunmer mage from Morrowind. The house was built to the mage's rigorous specifications and is in need of a new tenant.
The cottage is NavMesh'd, has 3 beds, an alchemy station, forge, enchanting and staff workbenches, kitchen, and weapon and armor display racks.

-The Home can be found southeast of Winterhold. The front door is Expert level locked and can either be picked or the key to the door can be found in a chest at the wreck of the Little Kwarma, north of the house.

Note, that there are special no-respawn containers, uniquely named, featured within the house. Use these for specific items if you'd like, other containers barrels, crates, sacks, etc shouldn't respawn.
