When looking at your images, I can't help but wondering : How do you get your Shylo to look as if she is sweating or just took a bath ? Looking at your image 4 her back even shows clear drops.
Gave this a try. She had great face and head, body is blue?? Or white if you change skin tone. All required mods installed, carefully checked and uninstalled and reinstalled, still got blue upper body, perfect face and head, normal hands, rest of upper body from neck to wrist was blue.
Tried uninstalling required skin mod, no change, still blue.
Sounds like you haven't installed the tattoo from dx merta assassin armor - you can either install the tattoo (optional file in dx's mod) or go to racemenu body paint section and set all to 'default'. I'll upload a version in the next couple of days that doesn't need the tattoo Edit: No tattoo version now available under optional files
