This is just my take on a patch between Wards Functionalities Extended and Odin - Skyrim Magic Overhaul. There's another patch for this for these mods by darigaaz87 that reverts the Odin wards back to vanilla. If you want the armor bonus for the wards like vanilla I recommend downloading his patch. My patch is just a different approach following what PuddingFace1902 did in his patch for Mysticism. I removed the armor bonus from the wards to emulate how Odin removes the armor bonus from the wards in that mod as well. The cost of the wards are reduced to match the cost of the wards like they are in Mysticism. I also tweaked the descriptions of the wards as well. ESP flagged as an ESL. Make sure this patch is loaded after both mods. If using LOOT it will put it in the right place.
Notes: I just wanted to talk about some things I discovered while making this patch. I tried to make the wards as strong as Odin's and have the ward regeneration per sec effect, but found out it's not possible to do so. Editing the power of the wards doesn't do anything because the script tied to the blocking effect of the wards, end up affecting the wards to where the ward power is reverted back to vanilla. That same script will also prevent Odin's ward regeneration per sec effect from working with WFE. Also for some weird reason, in the active effects menu while using the wards, it will display the ward only having half the magnitude it says it does. It even did that in vanilla Skyrim for some reason but after testing the wards, they seem to retain the magnitude they are supposed to have.
