Maybe with more makeup so to give a proper shading, but even the face needs some adjustment.
The proportions of the face are spot on. I would say it's just a younger variant. Depending on your character texture set it might look different ingame. Especially if you switch slider to complexion used for older people. Something like Mature Skin Textures should do the trick when it comes to making the face more sunken and defined.
