A conflict resolution between the standalone Tamriel Master Lights and The Great City of Solitude. Very similar to LOSII Tamriel Master Lights - The Great City of Solitude Patch, this patch fixes the floating and clipping lamp posts and lanterns, and replaces the vanilla lanterns with ones from WiZkiD's mod. Please note that my patch is for the standalone TML. If you are using the LOS II version, get Sovn's patch instead.
This patch was created using the cities version of TML, but I also tested it with the standard non-cities version, and I didn't find any problems, so I think it should work fine with either. I think I managed to fix all the lights, but if you find any that I might have missed, let me know in the comments.
