well, in Brazil, you earn like 1500 to 2000 per month in a normal work, and a GTX 1660 TI in Brazil is 4000, that's my country and my GPU, a RTX 3060 is 6000 so, it's like 3 months of work without paying bills or eating LOL
Thank you very much. this mod helped me a lot. here in Brazil unfortunately I can't buy a new PC because with this heat my video card burned out. the graphics aren't the best but my notebook graphics card can handle it.
thank you JobiWanUK for reply i have bethini but i dont know excacly which settings are processed by cpu so i can lower them my gpu using only 40% of its power
Lowering the shadows wich tank your CPU special effects like particles etc. The most Demanding Effects in every game are SSAO,Ambient Occlusion,Dof,Depth of Field,Shadows,Lighting,Particle visual effects and there mutch more to say.
thank you godsp33d6 for reply i have lowered the shadows to minimum and disabled SSAO and godrays and it work like magic the game shuttering reduced greatly thanks for the help
SKyrim is very CPU heavy and SE can make good use of multiple cores.
So yeah an 10 year ol dualcore, even with HT, wont cut it in SE or almost anything else that isnt older than a few years. Unfortunately this would mean an entire platform switch to achieve anything noteworthy. But there are fairly priced 6cores available and some decent priced boards and ram too.
i'd say its about time.
but for now, you got some relief, but that cant be the solution only a temporary fix.

It's the scalper playing with the market, even official stores doing scalping here because they demand profits.
