      Are you using any male body replacer? I actually saw that pop up the other day when I was swapping and testing different bodies. I made this preset while using SAM Light and used the "body scale" tab in racemenu to change spine sizes and alot more tweaking within that section to build the body how I like. I suspect thats the issue. I didn't think that saving presets also included that data about the body scale stuff, but it apparently does. I realized this when loading the preset on other characters and seeing it changes the body to the one I made with Milo. So possibly when loading those changes on vanilla or any other body besides SAM Light, it comes out massively deformed lol thats my best guess of the issue anyways.
      So I can go in game and save a new version of the preset after restoring the body scales and see if that fixes it.

      Just added a new file, try loading the "MiloVANILLA" preset and let me know if that fixes the issue for you.
