Have you tried using the mod 'Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions' by TMPhoenix? I don't really have families so I've not used it much but I think that mod lets you make any home family-friendly.
Nice little house mod. A couple observations. First, the door needs to be properly inset to match the rest of the grey quarter. Small touch, but it is visually out of wack. Next, the notes that advertise it for sale are flagged as owned, and unless you have a reading mod that allows you to read items without taking them, it is theft to read the notes. Otherwise, nice little starter house that is going to make rp'ing a dark elf refugee more fun.
Hi, Im using dawn of skyrim director's cut. Firstly the misc item is not present in Sadri's merchant inventory (or NPC inventory). plus i cannot find the house at all. i have moved through all of windhelm and i think the door is missing. Says in the description "including the merge patch for both" (JKs skyrim and dawn of skyrim) but where is the patch? is it included in the file already? if yes, somehow something is not working.
It's quite small and uses no custom assets, so I think you should be able to make it into an esl. I haven't tried though so if you do let me know how it goes. I'll look into Capital Windhelm Expansion and see if it places anything in the way.
EDIT - I just checked and it works perfectly, nothing in the way of the door and the home is still purchasable at Sadri's. The advertisement didn't show up though, but it might on your end.
Thank you so much! I plan to release one for each of the main cities, but I'm starting my second year of university soon so I might not have much time. I should be able to make the mods while away, but Skyrim doesn't run very well on my laptop, so I may release what I get finished in a big bulk when I get home.
