I like these, they're fuller but not too beefy. Wish they were tad bigger tho.

there are a couple of skeleton edit mods out there that might give you the bigger wings that you're looking for:
      - Supreme Vampire lord mod (Supreme Vampire Lords at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)).
      - Simply Bigger Vampire Lord Wings (Simply Bigger Vampire Lord Wings at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)) - this mod has a few options for increases in size increments so it will probably be the best fit for you.

As far as I know, both of these mods are fully compatible with my mod. I tried to keep the wings at around the vanilla wing size to try and avoid clipping issues and other visual glitches for people who are just using my mod without any skeleton edit mod or similar mods, I wanted my mod to be as compatible as possible with as many other mods as possible so I kept thing as vanilla as I could while getting rid of the hideous vanilla wings.

no, it's completely optional, you only need the patch if you're using that specific texture. if you're using the original Bethesda texture you only need the main file.

Has anybody found out if you need the VLR compatibility patch with Iconic's Vampire Lord Retexture? specifically iconic's VLR (by Avike) texture mash up

the reason you need the patch for Avike's specific retexture is that the SSE version of this texture has areas that the original Bethesda texture shows through, because of that I had to make some edits to cover those areas up. Basically without the patch, if you're using that specific retexture, you see some small blue patches on a few areas of the wings, that's the original Bethesda texture showing through. As long as the original Bethesda texture has been covered properly or has just been improved or edited then you shouldn't need the patch and should be fine with just using the main file.

I always play Skyrim as a vampire and this is a very nice mod that will make me enjoy my playthroughs more, thanks very much for it. I'm using the mod with Vampire Lord Retexture and the patch you made, so far I have not seen any issue. Tomorrow I'll endorse the mod.
