I don't use BHUNP but generating body/clothes meshes should be the same using body slide (Make sure you use the pregnant slider for both _0.nif and _1.nif files. First, you would generate these meshes into a separate folder (Edit your bodyslide output path) and then you can replace this mod's meshes with those. Make sure you follow the correct folder paths.
"Edit your bodyslide output path" Can you tell me in more detail how to do this? I'm new at this. I have English at the school level, and all the settings of the program are in English. I'm afraid to ruin something.
That's fine. You want to open bodyslide and click on "settings" on the bottom right. Then expand the advanced settings where it says output path, make sure you have an empty folder (You can just create an empty folder anywhere you can keep track of) for your newly generated meshes using BHUNP body. Then you can manually replace the meshes from this mod with those newly generated meshes in the same folder locations. Also, make sure to remove your new output path after so future meshes do not end up there. Hope this helps!
I have a lot of questions, to begin, probably weird but, how do I properly installed?
I mean, since 0, I don't know how to use Bodyslide nor 3BBB, soo, how could I installa this?
Fertility Mode+ and AI Overhaul too, and I see that you have a patch for soo I guess it has some incompatibility issues, how do I use that Syntetizer Patch?
I wouldn't recommend using both together. Both FM+ and Seeds of Skyrim are going to try to do the same thing. Having Seeds set them to look like they're in the third trimester, then having FM+ progress the pregnancy to that point and try to apply an additional morph on top would be either comical or hideous, depending on your perspective!
FM+ does a lot more in addition to these three NPC, but Seeds is more lightweight. Which one is right for you is a decision only you can make.

Okay, so following the steps you laid out in the "Patching for Other NPC Replacers" article I made an ELSified esp patching High Poly NPC Overhaul to work with this mod. The issue I'm having is I can either have hair for the 3 women but they don't have a pregnant look if naked, or whether they are wearing their clothes or not they will appear pregnant but they are all bald. As a note I'm content with my "fix" of just not killing and looting them(not exactly straining to refrain from murdering pregnant women to begin with) but if you could provide any insight to remedy it I'd be much obliged. I'm not entirely sure it can be done simply because the hair is regarded as worn armor, but the images you uploaded showcasing the mod with another NPC overhaul with intact hair kind of gives some hope. Either way, thank you for the mod.
Easy, just don't use that overhaul. It seems to have some issues of its own and not just for patching. In all seriousness, most NPC overhauls have the hair baked into the facegendata. It seems that particular mod uses wigs to add hair for NPCs from what you are describing. To patch for this, I advise looking into that mod's outfits records for the NPCs you want to change. You may have to load that mod after Seeds of Skyrim and add SoS as a master. Then you would replace the clothing records they use for this mod's records. Hope this helps!
I'm not really all that familiar with patching in the first place so most of that kind of skirted by me. If I ever can use the info you gave me I'll be sure to try but honestly after a while I'm content with it as is. The process of making the patch for myself showed me some errors that made me swap plenty of mods around in my load order and it's taken the vast majority of my patience and will to do anything more in depth than simply starting the game and playing it. The reply is much appreciated though, so thank you.
I have everything loading after ai overhaul and the kalilie and pandorable ai overhaul patches but for some reason the npcs still look normal. I don't use WACCF. Does AI Overhaul need a patch?
Great update to a novel idea. As you may have noticed, the "AI Overhaul" mod overrides these NPC requiring an additional override be created or use xedit to manually add "AI Overhaul as a master to the NPC patches or if using vortex just tag the patches as "Late Fixes and Changes" so it loads after the AI Overhaul. And I see you added more bodyslide edited outfits to use as needed!
Again, nicely done! And without any fussy scripts or function calls to other mods!

According to the lore they are also preg
I do not know how to do that
"*?Note: You will need to generate your own pregnant body/clothes meshes if you choose to do so"
