This animation mod is an add-on for the mod Wounds created by IronDusk33, Wounds is an immersive mod that adds a list of many localized injuries you can get from combat, this animation mod adds visual display of the injuries you are suffering, using Dynamic animation replacer this mod plays unique and different animations depending of the injury or combination of injuries you have.

So, this DAR mod will boost your immersion by dynamically changing almost all animations depending of what injury you got in the heat of the combat, whether a broken right arm, cut left leg, concussion, broken right leg, concussion, cut left arm, etc, or many of them together, reflecting visually and at the moment the effects of battle on the player.

The goal of this mod is to always have a set of animation that displays your current and specific injured state for every posible movement you do, whenever you move, jump around, fight or do all that can be done in skyrim, given the big scope of this project it is still a work in progress, it currently has over 5000 animation files.

When receiving a hit from a sharp weapon or a creature you might get a open wound, cuts will reduce your stats so use armor to reduce the chances of getting them and if you get them treat them quickly.

-Cut Left Arm

-Cut Right arm

-Cut torso

-Cut left leg

-Cut right leg

Blunt weapons and some creatures can break your bones, broken bone injuries are more severe than cuts, these injuries, aside from lowering your stats, can incapacitate you preventing you from using weapons if your arms get broken, or slow you down if your legs get broken, use armor to reduce the chances of getting broken bones and always have firewood to splint any broken limb you might get, once you treat your broken bone you will be able function normally again, wield weapons and run faster again.

-Broken Left Arm

-Broken Right arm

-Broken Ribs

-Broken Skull

-Broken left leg

-Broken right leg

This is a minor head injury, concussions animations will only have a 25% chance of playing.

Combination of

The most relevant aspect of this animation mod is that it covers most of the combinations of injuries you might get, so if you have multiple broken bones or multiple open wounds or a combinations of both or maybe some of them treated and some still don't, there is a set of animations for that, currently, this mod has more than 5000 thousand animation files to fit almost every case, so that every wound looks different.

-Both cut arms

-Both broken arms

-Broken and cut

-Splinted and cut

-Splinted and broken

-Splinted, broken and cut

Compatibility

-Compatible with other DAR mods, these animations ONLY play when you get injured and only then will this mod "conflict" with other animations mod you might have (which is logic-wise what you want to happen), once your injury is treated or fully healed your other animations will be back as normal; this mod has higher priority than most DAR mods on purpose, this is to prevent these animations from being unninmersively interrupted by actions you shouldn't be able to do when injured/cripled.

-Compatible with combat mods like Skysa, ABR, and such (I think, only tested Skysa and it works well), this mod has animations for when the character is wielding weapons and moving with them but does not have actual combat animations for weapons (striking/attacking).

-Movement behaviour overhaul is compatible but it causes some animations to jitter because it adds some transition animations that would not contrast with vanilla upright standing animations but can be noticed with these leaned forward animations, so use the "non- combat only" version of MBO to avoid this.

Installation

-Install the mod Wounds.
-Install this animation mod.

ToDo list

-Broken/Wounded legs animations and their combinations
-Furniture animations (sitting, using tables, bed, etc) for all the injuries.
-Add the rest of the combination of injuries that are still pending.
-Torches for all the injuries.
-Blocking animations.
-Add staff animations.
-Make npcs notice your state, similar to how they notice you have a disease (some day, once I learn how to script, if someone can do it, go ahead).

Disclaimer

This mod only has animation files, it does not have an esp plugin nor edits any of the records in the required mod Wounds, these are just animations played through Dynamic animation replacer (DAR) on the already built system created entirely by IronDusk33.
