This mod doesn't work. Like me, if you really want Alternate Perspective AND start in Chanterelle, here is a solid solution: - Create your character and manage your settings as usual - DO NOT CHOOSE ANY OPTION FROM THE MESSENGER, JUST QUIT THE ROOM (important) - In the main room of the inn, just open the console and use the command "COC AACHATRAVELAGENCY" and Boom, you are teleported into the Chanterelle Travel Agency, where you can choose the start of your liking. This method works 100%fine. Thanks to Rachmaninov13 to have tried, though.
Guyz, there's always Random Start in Chanterelle. You can save your character all set up and always start from that save. I use Jaxonz Named Save to identify the start file. If you don't like where it puts you, reload the save of just get killed and you'll be placed somewhere else.
After choosing one of the 3 options for Chanterelle, you find yourself naked in the inn of Helgen with a message as reported in the Bug section. Your only option is to get out of the inn and then out of the city to the north and rush to the 'travel agency'. This breaks the immersion somewhat.
Doesn't seem to be working. The 3 options for starting appear, but all of them will just send you to the Helgen inn. This is likely due to either both required mods being updated long after this one was or it just doesn't work with AE update. Although reading through previous comments leads me to believe that this mod never worked to begin with.
Tested this, you get 3 sub quests for chanterelle but without any detail. Coming of age seems a good start, but you start at the gate of a village, naked, without any weapon. well if you have the basic spells it gives you the fire spell, and hunterborn default setting allows you to pelt an animal without any knife (with the teeth ?!). But some ultra basic equipment here, at least a knife would be more reasonable for sure... (I finally could kill a wolf with this fire spell, build a fire and eat it, without any knife thanks to the default setting in hunterborn, but yeah a knife is more reasonable for that !). The description of chanterelle says there are weapons in the world, but this world is vast and dangerous !
Yes, I just duplicated the starts Chanterelle gives from the cart, with their similar lack of descriptions. I'll be adding some more as per the author of Chanterelle's suggestion, and perhaps adding some that give gear when you enter...but I gather the lack of gear was the intention of the author.

I tryed the three starts with everytime the same result :
After choosing my way with the "messenger", i open the door, pass it and ... nothing.
Alternate start quest "investigate the room" is finished but i am still in it.
If i talk again to the "messenger" the game freeze.
Does somebody can help me please ?
