All Vampire Lord Related Stuff above, will Require 1x Dragonbone and 1x Vampire Blood Potion to Craft but can be crafted from level 1, as long as you have said requirements.
Chose these requirements, as Vampire Lords are Ancient, and So are Dragons, so that was the closest items that made sense to craft Ancient Jewelry
All Clothing as well as Hide Armor can now be Tempered To Legendary. They Will Require Steel Smithing to be Tempered to Legendary
In order for that to work, the Hide Keyword has been added into the Steel Perk Tempering Condition.
All Clothing is Classed as Hide, simply because it made sense as their Closest Armor Rating Equilvent would be Hide Armor.
Elder Council Necklace will Require: Gold Ruby Necklace, to Craft

Creates New Clothing Variants of All 133 Clothing Items in the Game (That Includes Robes) and Gives the New Variants an Armor Rating.
Also Creates Crafting and Tempering Recipes for Said Clothing Items.
