This is a very problematic mod and will cause issues in many places like the ones mentioned below including palace of kings and Mercer Frey to name a few you can use xedits I personally suggest avoiding this mod

For anyone else that experiences ShimmerMist Grotto fading to black if you open in xEdit and go to "Lighting Template > FalmerTemplateDesat > Fog Color Far " there will be Fog Max accidentally set to 1.0, changing it to 0 fixed it for me. Hope it helps others, as I found nothing solving it elsewhere.
This mod works ok with Vivid Weathers for me (sadly another fog removing mod is not, fog appear again after i reenter interior, and it can even look worse than vanilla), but i've bump into problem that i can't see anything in some places, like Argonian Assemblage in Windhelm, looks like 0 distance fog, like it cover everything, 0 draw distance. In Argonian Assemblage it gray, and some another interior near it, is black. I didn't checked if it conflict with Vivid, but Vivid change some general lighting, like tone mapping i thing, brightness and stuff, not fog and light sources. And i have ELFX, and other places looks ok with this fog removing mod. I don't sure if it conflict or not, actually, but i guess i have only Vivid and ELFX that have some changes to interiors, and Vivid probably don't edit cells even.
I was wondering if the dlc is going to be included at some point, if it wasn't already. I noticed fort dawnguard is still plagued with the horrendous mist. At least on my end.
