Overview
Seamlessly switch between 1st and 3rd person when you unsheathe and sheathe your weapon. This includes bows, staves, fists, everything. Don't worry, it's also smart enough to keep you in 3rd person if that's the perspective you unsheathed your weapon from.

So why does this exist? Animations and combat mods in general have improved a ton recently, and I want to use them! The only drawback is that they are all tailored for the 3rd person experience. Personally, I can't stand to grab items or interact with the world in 3rd person. After searching and failing to find something that worked in a way that felt natural I decided to make my first script... and this is the result.

Other  people have pointed out a couple mods that have similar functionality. I'll leave them below.
Automatic 3rd Person Camera is very similar but activates when you enter/ exit combat.
AutoPV is more robust and lets you customize the perspective switching experience through MCM if you don't want to activate when using a bow or something like that.

Compatibility
Should be compatible with literally everything except Automatic 3rd Person Camera and AutoPV. It was designed to complement other mods and was built with compatibility in mind.

With that being said... if a mod like Sometimes Pick Up Books requires you to draw your weapon, it will work but your camera will still be switched. In this case Sometimes Pick Up Books - An inventory-free way to use items can be used to get around that.

Installation
Just use your favorite mod manager which is obviously Mod Organizer.
