Turning around without the fix causes tails to warp and distort temporarily, often sticking to one of your character’s legs. The severity of the distortion depends on how far you turn, so it’s not always noticeable.
As for a video, does the already existing GIF not play properly for you? I’d be more than happy to make another comparison if you really need it.
If you're talking about TDM, then yes. But if you have AE, some people are reporting issues. I'm not sure what the cause would be, but as long as you're using SE then it should be fine.
