Is the visual effect from eating heart a stronger version of the vanilla Peryite effect? I've been looking all over for the MGEF ID of that visual but idk what it is called

The first time I seen a screenshot I thought it was some weird Pac-Man hybrid. Pretty damn funny when you see it up close I assume. Does this accept the cheese retextures like regular cheese only larger?
I think that would be neat and also a patch for CACO so when you kill it you not only receive tusks but also cheese related loot.
