This mod is a patch for "Medieval Lanterns of Skyrim" and "Civil War Aftermath" to work together. It will specifically make sure that the lanterns mod doesn't interfere with the removal of the map marker that happens after you kill all the soldiers and burn down all the tents.
one issue you may come across is that when you burn down a tent that the lantern still floats, I am not sure how to fix this but if you walk away from the camp after burning all the tent down far enough to where the location disappears of the map and go back then it should be destroyed with the some of the rest of the camp items that disappear along with it
