The preset does not appear in game. It seems like there might be some naming issues in the files, but I tried messing with that and it didn't seem to fix it. Any ideas?
Do you have Racemenu? Do a manual download, Unzip the Oerba Yun Fang Preset.7z file, Once open you will open Oerba Yun Fang Preset Folder You will see a folder called CharGen Right-click on the CharGen folder and cut or copy the folder move that folder to your Racemnu\SKSE\Plugins Right-click in the Plugins folder click Paste start a new game Load Preset - Oerba Yun Fang if you want the armor and hair have to d/l the package - I have the linked post here
OR if you not starting a new game Open your Skyrim game and load the save you want to use type ~showracemenu to open character creation Change the gender to female and the race to Breton and the weight to 30 In the Face Part slider - change to the High Poly. to the right - Make sure the Face Part slider is on the High Poly Go to the presets tab - load the Oerba Yun Fang Preset

Do a manual download,
Unzip the Oerba Yun Fang Preset.7z file,
Once open you will open Oerba Yun Fang Preset Folder
You will see a folder called CharGen
Right-click on the CharGen folder and cut or copy the folder
move that folder to your Racemnu\SKSE\Plugins
Right-click in the Plugins folder click Paste
start a new game
Load Preset - Oerba Yun Fang
