Travel to Ivarstead and start heading up the 7,000 steps of the throat of the world mountain. Along the way you will see the start of an obstacle course that leads up the side of the mountain to a cave entrance which includes 7 new caves! In each cave you can find a spell tome to teach you 7 new powers! Each cave has one!

Mountain Expedition
Travel to Ivarstead and start heading up the 7,000 steps of the throat of the world mountain. Along the way you will see the start of an

7 new powers (non-hostile, use anywhere without getting bounties or jail
time for being a ruthless murderer) -
Power - Firebolt = A powerful firebolt that does 50,000 damage (non-hostile)
Power - Ice Spike = A powerful ice spike that does 50,000 damage (non-Hostile)
Power - Ultra Push = Throw Npc's away from you with this non-hostile
Fus-Ro-Dah
Power - Fortify Health = For 5 minutes your health is increased by
100,000
Power - Fortify Magicka = For 5 minutes your magicka is increased by
100,000
Power - Paralysis = Shoot a projectile that paralyzes NPC's in area
around where it hits for 1 minute (non-hostile)
Power - Invisibility = Shoot a projectile that makes NPC's invisible
around where it hits for 45 seconds (non-hostile)
