   im using Skyrim Flora Overhaul SE
   looks great. 
   standing in the middle of a dense thicket in the forest looks vastly better than what vanilla offers
   but im losing 20 FPS.. 
   
   its still playable, 40 FPS. is perfectly fine. but id rather not lose fps. so i went over here to test out this mod, 
   i didn't gain any noticeable FPS by using the Shortened Grass version.

      This mod won't give you more FPS, as stated in the description it just shortens the textures.

   Still too tall grass to see in first person.... Is there a way to tweak it/make it shorter? It s like my player is very short and eyes are in chest ...

      All I did was find the mesh needing to be downscaled, then adjusted it accordingly in NifSkope. Not to much of a process if you would like to reduce the size even more. (:

      Only works for SFO! (it's a texture-specific adjustment I made, meaning if it's not SFO's textures, then it won't work).
