it looks like a nice mod for Campfire, you can't deploy your Tents or sleeping bag... it's your mod, I hope you can fix it soon. I will d/l it again because a cool mod :) { this is like old LE Simple Bedrolls and Supplies - for Campfire }
Feel I should point what I've noticed and what I've done to correct the issue.
If Campfire items like tents can't be placed, it's because certain scripts for Campfire are being overridden by Camping Essentials. The solution? Delete dem scripts. So folks know which ones to delete: ?campplaceablemiscitem.pex ?campplaceableobject.pex ?campplaceableobjectex.pex ?campplacementindicator.pex
Remove these and you should be able to place tents again.
I was never able to figure out why this mod stopped working for everyone else. It still to this day works on my system. I am not longer working on it since I do not have the time to anymore, However I may come back to it at some point.
I think it has more to do with all the changes SE goes through and Chesko's absence from the modding scene. Other modders had to patch his mods to get them to work so obviously something is off.
This mod breaks campfire as of this moment, you will be unable to place tents and such, i would not recommend downloading even though it sounds great and i myself felt that the Campfire mod was missing the stuff that this mod offers.
I have been having a problem since I updated but I believe it's not your mod since I uninstalled yours and it still doesn't work. Ever since the latest CF and FF updates I can no longer place any tents. I get the "equipped item" sound effect but after that nothing happens.
I got this mod to work by installing the Campfire Dev Kit located at skyrimsurvival.com/home/campfire/mod-developers/
But with the Dev Kit installed, I couldn't light a campfire. There were no options to add or create kindling, etc. So running this mod with the Dev Kit is not a solution. Bummer.
I'm having a few problems. The first is that it's almost impossible to place the chair correctly. It doesn't work like the other campfire stuff where you can set it up manually, you just drop it and it's floating near where you're standing. I have to toggle clipping and glitch into the ground to set it up right and it still takes like 10 tried.
The second problem is that you can't even use the chair once it's set up. It's only for looks... and since it's the reason I downloaded the mod I'm incredibly disappointed.
Is this supposed to work like this or are these glitches?

Just letting you know that Campfire and Frostfall have been updatedwe may need a patch.
