    It supplies two textures (maybe re-textures?) asfollows:

    \Textures\water\riverflow.dds (1.0 MB)
    \Textures 1\water\riverflow.dds (131.2 kB)

    the two .dds files are what is included, that's it.
    The second one is a variant for the first.

    What if the mod does nothing and is just a placebo to see who would download it and go stare at their rivers all day--trying to figure out what changed?
