- Fixed incorrect script compilation, updated scripts to make task refresh more stable.

Version 1.30
- Update _M_ActivatorScript to ensure unaccepted quests can restart correctly . Missive's quest refresh script(_M_ActivatorScript) has a small problem. If the quest is already generated but not accepted by the player, when the quest is refreshed, it will stop the quest, but without restart it, so you can only see the quest when next refresh. This caused sometimes you found few tasks on the missives board, or you check the missives board but do not find the tasks in this mod, etc.
- Set probabilities to 101 in all plugins to ensure 100% refresh (condition is random int number <100, but sometimes you will got 100). Fixed missing script properties in Headhunter version plugin.

- Need headhunter v1.50, do not update if you're using headhunter v1.43. bandit/giant/dragon heads moves from Jarl's inventory to a chest, so you won't see the heads in Jarl's inventory.

- Ver.1.05: Modified the location where the bandits will spawn. Now the target will spawn in more places, but it may also spawn in some strange places such as the quest location.
