Using the Folkstead patch with the current version of Folkstead causes a CTD when you try to load a save with no crash report. This is caused by errors in the plugin which I'm not sure of the specifics of, but they do come up if you use xEdit to check the plugin for errors.
A note to anyone to not use the Rigmor of Bruma patch, as it does not work with Rigmor of Bruma: Reboot (the original RoB is no longer available). It stops at least one quest from starting.
Appreciate the work that went into it, just want people to know it's now out of date.
I am getting an infinite loading screen with the wheels of lull patch. I have absolutely no idea why, but I narrowed the problem down to this patch. Is the new version different?
Hello Joseph. I would like to ask, will your writing patches come out of Work In Progress? Or have you any plans for a final release or are there some of these patches that are actually finished and simply marked WIP still?
My focus is very much on Lucien these days, so I don't have plans to continue updating these patches. The ones not marked as WIP are complete, and correct all of the text in the mod. The ones marked as WIP are partial, and correct only some of the text in the mod.
FYI, the patch for Convenient Horses needs an update. It will lock the dialogue prompt to when you need to buy horse equipment from a handler. Everyone that you will talk to will have the "Follow Me," or "Wait Here" dialogue prompt. Either remove this patch from your load order, or delete the Quest entry in SSEEdit. Other than that, thanks for this mod!
The mod Wheels of Lull has no SSEEdit errors ('Check for errors' function). That is to say, when I load the mod alone with its masters. When I load my entire load order, your patch introduces three errors ('Warning: Quest alias not found ....). What I assumed had been typo fixes and grammatical changes is instead something more significant. No doubt you did not intend this.
I would suggest trying yourself. Check for errors with and without your mod.
I will have to uninstall your mod, regrettably.
The same is true of your Beyond Reach patch. 'Check for errors' with the patch = 26. Without the patch = 7. The 7 errors are minor ones ('Tint layer index not found' and 'Found a NULL reference'). The 26 errors include more significant ones ('Warning: Quest stage not found ....' and 'Warning: Quest alias not found ....')
CRF: "Quest Objective (Filling Soul Gems): "Fill a Grand Soul Gem for Sergius Turrianus." >> "Fill a Grand Soul Gem for Sergius Turrianus"." I have been rereading this line for a couple minutes and i cannot for the life of me see the difference.
I don't have anything to add, but I wanted to say thanks for these patches. Given that one of my most common reactions to any fan-created content is "this is great in a lot of ways but I wish it had been proofread by someone who passed third grade English", your work is a real blessing.
Oh I'm sure your most observant comment is highly appreciated by all competent and well-intended modders all over the world who are not native English speakers. That's the spirit!
Hiya! I fixed the beginning dialogue in Beyond Reach.
Some of the sentences from the Priestess and Oliver were cut off due to dialogue text not being long enough but I managed to fix that and so I included the following missing lines: "The closest I can come to answering you "visions" is that we had just hailed from Evermore which may be that west you want." "If you are ever up for another line of work then priests are employers you'd like to see!" "Potential which can avert calamity!"
I also fixed some grammar errors and removed a couple of dots from some sentences as I felt that there were too many (over 7 or so when just 3 is enough) and fixed some dialogue to have better flow by removing some commas where I deemed it to be necessary. If you want me to send you the updated esp file then do tell and I can do that.
Adrianoz: As I PM'd you, when I finish my mod order and get back into Skyrim, I'll try and re-update it. It's very fast tbh :P
Treacleman: Aww, that's too bad :( I'll try doing it myself once I have re-updated it ^.^
*Edit: Ok, I'm about to edit this stuff now. I may need to do further testing going forward as I remember that the Merchant would not show up if I used your writing patch, Treacleman. But I'll see if it was a screw-up on my end or if it's a problem with your patch. Otherwise, I may need to make my edits into an entirely separate esp.

I will uninstall this one as well, sadly.

Could you send me the updated ESP?
