Fixes the Ebony Blade to benefit from two handed perks and increases swing speed, damage and reach.

You don't need this if you're using my other mod, Simply Faster.
This mod carries over the fixes from USSEP that makes the Ebony Blade use the correct perks. The base damage is doubled to match other greatswords, along with giving it a base crit damage of 11. The reach is also increased from 1 to 1.3. If you aren't using the USSEP, the speed change could be considered a nerf, going from 1 to .9, but if you are using the patch, the buff changes it from .75 to .9.
