Make the "False Light" perk from "Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim" work correctly with certain spells from "Arcanum - A New Age of Magic", so that these spells will no longer heal enemies.

Permissions and credits
I noticed that certain spells from "Arcanum - A New Age of Magic" like "Anima Blast" work incorrectly when the False Light perk from "Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim" is active. This causes the damage to enemies to become healing, or the healing of enemies as intended by spells like "False Promise" to become damage.

To fix this I made a small patch that ensures the False Light perk doesn't apply to the following spells:

Anima Blast
False Promise
Punishing Fire
Divine Pardon
Eldritch Restore
Blessed Weapon
Luminous Edict
Radiant Helix
Mind Twist
Meridia's Savage Sun

Note that not all spells have been manually tested. I did test Anima Blast, and the other spells should work on the same principle.

Also works well with the fortify restoration damage feature of my new Fortify Damage enchantment found here:
