    isn't suppose to be decreased speed on Ebony Blade? Ebony Blade is fast as one handed sword isn't ?
    Edit: assuming the mod makes your Ebony Blade fast as one handed mace >. >

      This requires USSEP.  USSEP nerfs Ebony Blade from 1000 to 750 speed irrc, and this mod brings it back up a little to 800.
