   Would it make sense to make a patch that has the conditions added by "Timing is Everything" mod into this mod?
   
   If yes, would you consider making it and make it available for download as an optional file of this mod?

      I would have made that, but when I try Timing is Everything on its own, the letter simply does not happen at all. I believe that mod’s change to the quest is broken, so if I made a patch, it would be broken too.
