   Hi there and thanks for this beautiful Armor.
   
   But i never be able to craft it whatever smithing perks i take from ordinator.
   
   Any suggestion ?

      I haven't edited the ESP at all, so its the same as the base mod
      
      You need to first find the "Light Armor Forging" book
      
      Also, the original mod (for Legendary Edition) says you can find it at Northwatch Keep, but I'm unsure if that was changed in the SE version
