Lore Concerns: If you're such a little baby that you're concerned about the "lore implications" of adding a fucking smelter to some random orc stronghold, then there are bigger problems with your life than whether or not a smelter mod is "lore friendly".

You're welcome! How do I do the ESL thing? I've heard about it all over and since I mostly make small tweaks I figure it'd be pretty important to learn.
Wrye Bash tells me it does not qualify for ESL flagging: New FormIDs greater than 0xFFF.? I don't know enough to flag it anyway, unfortunately this is taking me perilously close to the limit.
