Regarding LOD, I have posted my personal TamrielTreeLod texture in optional files. It includes multicoloured aspens, so you might choose to combine it with your current file in a .dds editor.
There were just far too many of those wooden eyesores across the Reach, Hjalmarch and Whiterun. Someone had to act. It's amazing what a little water can do, right?
Select one installation file, depending on if you have Skyrim Flora Overhaul or not.
There should be no performance hit whatsoever; resolution is the same as vanilla. Enjoy!
I love love your mods! I never play without your Realms of romance anymore. This mod is also really beautiful, I have something that adds texture to those trees but combined with yours is even better! Thank you so much for your work, you have a beautiful soul my friend :)
Love this; looks great in the Reach, but . . . Now the dead/fallen driftwood trees in Whiterun also have nice green leaves growing from their roots. I found 2 so far, but have not wandered much in the wilderness there, lately. Will need to find a solution for 'really dead' trees. Oh, and Sleeping Sap tree looks stunning with leaves!
Fixed ! I copied the dead tree/branchpile meshes & textures from the extracted vanilla BSA; the textures to a new custom folder. With nifskope edits I pointed the meshes to use the copied textures. Now I have reach trees with leaves, and dead trees with bare branches. Win!
You saved my day. To hell those heinous eyesores! (One question though, did you use dyndolod? I didn't use dyndolod and distant ugly trees still remain grey. I have to get closer to make them load properly green.)
One day I shall prove that your mod is affiliated with the the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, just you wait! I'm certain the evidence is right under our noses!
Jay, I'm afraid I can't tell you as I haven't done it. I was lucky to have time to do this but that was an anomaly. Please post how it works out for you. Personally I just set my objects to draw in far enough away that LODs are relatively irrelevant. ~GMF~

If you use Dyndolod 3, the lods will be generated for your personal load order. Works wonderful.

I'm sure I don't know what you mean.

Big question is the LOD.
If I DynDOLOD with this included will I get the correct LOD after ?
Thanks.
