Small playerhome housed on top of a giant mudcrab called Itsy. Well lit interior with lots of clutter, storage and crafting stations. Houses 2 mannequins and some weapon racks for display and includes a library with enough shelves that can hold 556 books.

Itsy is a giant mudcrab who uses part of a ship with a house on top as a shell.
She's resting inside a volcanic hotspring just next of the Eldergleam Sanctuary (See the worldmap screenshot).
Unfortunally she has grown old and is too weak to lift her "shell" anymore. So she'll spend the rest of her days enjoying the hotspring (This is my way of saying that I unfortunally, have no idea how to make her moveable).
With all that the house includes:
- A livingroom that has a fireplace with a cookingpot, a log for chopping firewood (including an axe), some storage for clothing, a chest, a mannequin and some weapon racks. A small mudcrab named Bitsy sits in the corner and for some reason likes to dig in the wooden floor instead of sitting on her soft pillow.
- A small kitchen. With lots of clutter, food storage and an oven.
- An alchemy corner with tons of planters (They are all around the house) and 2 shelfcases both for ingredients and potions.
- An "attic" accessed from the stairs by the entrance that contains some planters and some unnamed chests for random junk storage.
- A small bathroom accessed through the floor hatch sitting underneath the stairs that leads to the main bedroom.
- Behind the double doors there's 2 beds for followers (I don't know if they'll actually sleep in it) and some storage for clothing, chests and weapon racks.
- A balcony accessed through the door next to the kitchen. It contains a workbench, anvil, a tanning rack and some planters. Climbing on the claw grants you a nice hammock to rest on (I have seen a hunter somehow get up there and actually sit on the hammock).
- A main bedroom going up the stairs with lots of storage ranging from weapons, armor, clothing, valuables, weapon racks and a mannequin.
- The tower is accessed from the ladder inside the bedroom. It houses a total of 56 shelves (11 books per shelf) that comes down to a total of ~556 books? if not more for all your bookhoarding. There is a large hammock for super comfy sleeping and a personal ring (it might be a little powerfull so judge it for yourself).
[The ladder to the hammock is made out of 2 ladders stacked on top of each other so use the bottom ladder to get up and the top ladder to get down]
- A strongbox containing 3 scrolls sits on a shelf inside the tower. One is a glowing spider that follows you and lights your path, a packmule spider and the last a generic flame thrall. The 2 spiders were actually cut content from Bethesda but I put the scrolls in the chest anyway [STRONGBOX RESPAWNS DO NOT PUT STUFF IN IT].
- A balcony just outside the tower. It has a nice pillow you can sit on to enjoy the view. On the end table is a one way teleport spellbook for the home.
I think that is all of it. Unfortunally the beds don't actually give well rested. For some reason it just gives you the normal rested idk how to fix that.
