I decided to retweak some of your values to be more consistent using to be honest practically all of your work, for example, on the leveled loot deathitems lists I removed the always assured flesh and created a random chance (80%) to always loot flesh and a small chance to get a heart too (20%), I am also considering adding some more cannibal cuisine recipes, like bread/grilled flesh and cheese for a cannibal cheeseburger/philly steak of sorts
Was wondering if I could use your work as a base and upload to the nexus my tweaked work crediting you of course?
sure, i just made this quickly cos it annoyed me that it wasn't in the game already and there were no mods for me. you doing that just saves me having to do more work and i can use your mod instead.
Interesting idea, thinking of playing as a vampire due to using Ordinator and Sacrosanct. I haven't started on it but Sacrosanct does something to vampires so they can't heal with healing spells or healing potions. I saw your mod and wondered what it did and if it was possible to add whatever Sacrosanct uses to heal vampires (it's a hemomancy blood vial) and have it so I can consume human flesh or hearts to regenerate during battle.
sacrosanct allows you to make blood potions using human flesh, which this allows you to find on many hostile NPCs. I'm not sure how i'd make it affect satiation though but i can certainly take a look-see.
You rock. I have Sacrosanct installed and have not yet considered becoming a vampire but when I do this extra 'bit' will surely serve as an inspiration.
Thank you for creating this. It should fit perfectly into a savegame with Wood Elf player characters. There was an 'optional file' from Oldrim I recently deleted which added the humans parts as loot but didn't including new crafting recipes. Yours is the first mod of its kind that I know of for SSE.

It leads to the Hunterborn end, of course, if critter organs are considered, but Hunterborn never dealt with people organs/flesh/hides.
