If it is allowed as per nexus permissions, can you please upload the Excel version as a downloadable file? Using Google Drive is very cumbersome, and for some reason I am unable to download from there.
I was just going to ask why this can't be downloaded as an excel file as well!
It will let me download as a webpage, and trying to download as a pdf looks like it may work (did some funky things on my end before I actually downloaded, so not sure.) Just not as excel or open office. :(
Because I simply can't download it as an excel file on my computer - the document freezes. Additionally, you wouldn't get the benefit of any updates if you download it, which I guess would be your prerogative, but I am definitely not going to update a static document and reupload here every time I make changes to the living one.
This is great. I micromanage my NPC replacers and was going to work on something similar. Do you need any help? I’ll probably create a copy of yours and add a few I like to my own copy (like the Glam mods). If you want, I’ll share my copy and you can copy/paste if it meets your criteria.
It's been quite a long time since I worked on it. I'm happy to give you editing access to make a collaborative version, if you want? just message me your email address.
Perfect, will do. I love doing this kind of stuff while my son fights sleep and I’m stuck in his room with my tablet lol. Already got through the GLAM mods in my copy :-)
Aww thanks but I’d be doing this anyway and sharing is caring! You created a great spreadsheet
”AW” replacers done, and Pandorable added four new replacers in the last few months so added those as well. I’ll comment when I have completed another set.
This is awesome! I am definitely one of those people who wants to grab all the npc replacers in existence and pick and choose my favorites from each one. This was especially useful for Rose in the Snow, which only has screenshots of about 1/3 of the npcs on the mod page. Thank you!!!
Any chance you could add Fridam's Thalmor Overhaul ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/66843?tab=description ) and ColdSun's Creations ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/61148 )?
I've uploaded a set of comparison images for various mods if you need more for your spreadsheet: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/52446
surprisingly useful ! Could the very first column be the original vanilla Skyrim I cant even remember what they looked like ! this spread sheet could get huge. A beautiful reference! and an ambisus soul could make a list of clothing/armor comparing vanilla/bikini/ you get the idea!
Huh. Great minds and all that. I just sent an excel sheet to PoeticAnt44 (Courageous Women, Pride of Skyrim) with a lot of the same mods and faces. Although I did crop mine to focus more on the faces. I wasn't really sure what to do with it. But mine has:
Courageous Women Pride of Skyrim Pandorables Kalilies Bijin Lamakreis Fresh Faces Northbourne The Ordinary Women Jarls Reimagined Redux TCOW NPC Improvement (LE) Netherwalk (LE) Ind Misc Replacers
You are more than welcome to it. It is not completely done (missing a few Base ID's I haven't been anle to track down yet) and is probably in a different format than yours, but it IS excel and easy enough to update.
Hey, that's awesome! Great minds indeed. I'd love to take a look at it. I'll be honest, my spreadsheet skills are ... lacking, and this is far from complete also. I'm sure what you have going is better!
This is a copy of my latest version. I'm still messing with some of the base ID's I highlighted. Most look like they are new characters that come from mods.
EDIT: This is an excel spreadsheet. Anyone can use it. Never made sense to me to not share something with the community.
You're welcome. Its not as pretty as yours with one sized images, but I tried to split up some of the images by colored background to differentiate which of the author's mods they are in. Never really liked Google. Big faceless corporation. My daughter always says "But dad, its free." And my reply is "Yeah, until its not. Then they have all your stuff." That's me. Nothing like a good conspiracy theory.
Haha, I get it. Google is what I use when my microsoft license expires or the software magically uninstalls itself for god knows what reason as it seems to do every other week... But Excel is 10000 times better in every way, for sure. I like seeing the photos you have of some other overhauls; I've not heard of the LE ones before.
I put those on my list because they are ones I plan on converting myself at some point. Another thing on my list to do. I like the Savros Aren in that one better, although the one in Northbourne is really interesting. In a haunting sort of way. I don't currently run that, but thought I would add it in the list (along with Fresh Face and Ordinary Women) because they were in the first ten pages of the NPC list in Categories on Nexus. Plus I like some of those better now that I can compare their faces. Plus a lot of people have them converted for some of the characters. I've always run the Netherwalk version of Falkas and Vilkas when I was playing LE, just thought I would add the others while at it. Too many pluses.
Now all the NPC Plugin Chooser needs to be able to do is make a separate mod out of all your input. Using that was originally why I started making this because I'm going to give it a shot. I just need to figure it all out. Be nice if it would just "auto-populate" all the people in a certain mod, you put a check mark by their name, and the records are forwarded. Making a list of all the characters seems to be a daunting task. Is there a way to save it? Or should I make my list in Word to save it then copy it into the plugin. Like I said, I really need to learn to use it. Synthesis seems like a neat little tool and there are several plugins I want to use. All I have working right now is Engarde, but my wants read like a freaking who's who of mods and I don't want to mess my game up.
Well, the way that I did it was that I went down my spreadsheet column by column, and entered all those that I wanted from that column into the corresponding plugin’s section of NPC chooser. Using it was easier than I thought, because most of the time you can just type in the NPC name and it will come up (only time it doesn’t is if the formid doesn’t match the game name, like 02IronBindSalma or something like that). BUT, I was lazy and did something I don’t recommend others do; because npc chooser operates by plug-in, and because many of these overhauls are multiple plugins in one column, I merged all of northborne’s (for example) into one esp and put all the files into one folder.
It does save what you enter, and it creates a json file you can edit directly if you prefer that (I recommend saving it elsewhere as a backup too).
Cool. Thanks for the reply. I'll have to try it out now that I have a list of mods to draw from. I just need to decide what I want and hope the style matches everything else.

Thank you for considering my request :)

Moving on to AW series (user: Shaysjhyar) next.

Rather than spam with comments, I’ll just add future ones here:
