Wilhelm is missing? NO matter I have this mod or not.

If I recall correctly, this can happen due to some kind of weirdness with the Middle Child Black-Briar quest.  I don't know how exactly you'd fix that, but maybe it will be helpful with troubleshooting?

Hi, can this house be used with a spouse other than Wilhelm? It's a really nice home for a family with many children, humble and not too big but I'd like to live there with a different spouse. Thanks!

Sorry I missed this -- but yes, so long as you get the key for the door (either steal it or befriend Wilhelm), you can move in anyone you like.

Commented this a while ago because I was so desperate to find a non extravagant home where I could keep my six children lol, I've found a
better solution than living in poor Wilhelm's basement now

I don't quite understand what you're asking!  If you chose to go to his place in the dialogue when you married, he'll assume you're moving into the Vilemyr Inn with him, since that's his property -- if you want him to move downstairs into the Pilgrim's Hall, you'll have to have used the Bless Home spell to get it ready, and tell him "Let's move to my new home."  Does that help?
