Hi, the mod has no issues with SkyUI. I created and tested the mod with SkyUI installed. The video you posted looks to be related to Sofia the follower mod, but this mod is related to Sophie, the orphan girl who sells flowers in Windhelm.
The other mod would be required for that. I was going to include initially, but decided against it because I wasn't sure if there were any other mods out there making direct changes to it, which would create possible compatibility issues. Both have ESL flagged options so you don't need to use up a load order slot to get these minor tweaks.
