Adds a character preset to Racemenu. Requires CotR.

This is just a preset for Illyria Stormcaller, my Ice/Shock Mage based character. Hope you guys like her.
Requirements:
RaceMenu
CotR
KS Hairdos - HDT SMP
To properly use the preset, select the NordDZ race in Racemenu, then load in the Illyria Stormcaller preset.
Known Issues:
Sometimes the proper hair doesn't seem to want to load with the preset. Just manually select it from the hair slider if needed, it is supposed to be the 'Metropolis' style from the KS Hairdos - HDT SMP mod.
Recommended Outfit:
