      Well, first of all, I'm sorry about that. Once in a while I see such problems in my system, I don't know why but I was able to meet them eventually. I don't know the exact reason. First of all, the file itself works well.

   The images shows that Thrall has the weapon Doomhammer equipped, which is a mod made by Johnskyrim. Does your 'follower mod' include Johnskyrims 'weapon mod' ?
