Hi there, just wanted to let you know I was getting this little issue with certain fire magic types having squares around the projectiles while using your ai upscaled version. Using the normal version was just fine.
Glad this fixes the problem, thanks for that, but I was wondering how much of a pain in the butt would it be to get a higher res version of your fix please? only the original is 4096 x 2048 and yours is only 2048 x 1024, I have no idea how to go about doing it myself otherwise I'd give it a go.
This mod is one dds file that will replace one from EmbersXD. Because of that, it doesn't matter which file version or esp name you're using. The mod makes the game look for a file called mx_fireanim04loop.dds, and if you are using this fixed version it will simply find that instead of the original one included with EmbersXD.
The choice of EmbersHD.esp as a filename is for compatibility with other mods that are looking for that filename, but the contents of the mod are the same no matter the choice.
Thank you for this! I was wondering if it was just me that that texture was happening to but since I *only* saw it in Helgen, I wasn't going to bother anyone with it. After testing this out, it fixes the issue so thank you very much! :D Endorsed!
If I am not mistaken because this was along time ago. I had to hide this texture. I made my own main menu theme and it had fire blazing in the background. A texture related to fire was making the flames all messed up in the main menu theme I created and I can swear it was this one. Interesting. I have to remake the theme in the future as I lost it unfortunatly so I cant confirm with concrete evidence but it had loop in its name with an 04... This had to of been it... Yep. It was from embers mod I recall now. Wow. What a coincidence.

Unrelated, but I feel like Fire Fist Ace now after looking at the comparison images for a bit...
I noticed it also fixes the flame animation in the few spots with the overturned carts. I'm guessing they must use the same loop.
I guess it's a close relative, albeit a grumpier one.
Would this fix work with that?
