says not compatible with mods that change dragon priest skeleton.... but xpmsse does that? is it cuz its a newer update than this? so now as vortex says its redundant to have this with xpmsse? tho LOOT still wants it together
kinda the same for me in vortex says you need this patch then once i download it it says its redundant
i think i fixed it. its recommended to put the path after the mod it changes but if you ignore it and put it after it stops the redundancy (not sure if thats a bad idea but it stops the message
you need to go into manage rules, and ensure this mod overwrites both Undead and XPMSEE. All this mod does is allow for Undeath liches (and Dragon Priests) to use the runes. All I just said is listed in the mod description. Please, read before commenting.
Looking at the file directory, there NO PLUGINS. Its just a nif for the Dragon Priest Skeleton. All that means is that this mod must load last in your "Deployment Order" For Vortex and low on your list (high priority) for M02. There are also No other conflicts between XP32 and Undeath Remastered, and It's update: Classical Lichdom. As long as the file contained overwrites everything else, it will be the skeleton used.
So I was having a weird/annoying bug with LOOT, where it was saying on my XPMSE.esp that I didn't have this file installed. Even though I had it installed as it's own mod AND merged it with Undeath Remastered. The way I fixed it was by merging it with my XPMSSE mod, not sure if it's the smartest solution but at least it got rid of the the stupid warning. I'm using MO2 btw.
I was having skeleton.nif crashes with mod and then disabled it and it was gone. I only want to play the quest as a good character. So I guess ignoring the patch is ok.
Not sure if it's me being a dumbo or just not comprehending something, but for some reason, in order to have the fixed camera angle (read: not in the floor), I have to have redundant versions of this, even though I already had it installed beforehand. And Vortex keeps telling me to get the third-party patch (which, keep in mind, I already have), and it makes me install extra copies of this plugin to get the game to cooperate and focus on my lich and not the floor. FWIW, I use Immersive Lichdom, not Classical (although I do also have that, for a run where I do use it instead). Is there any way to fix this issue?
for me the issue seems to be that when I install the mod there is no plugin, but vortex is expecting a plugin so it keeps throwing up an error that the patch isnt installed. Im not sure if there is or isnt supposed to be a plugin, but vortex expects one and there isnt.

i still get the conflict between the Undeath and the Xpmsse skeleton mods
Thank you.
EDIT: Thanks for clarifying the issue for me.
