The nicest companions replacer I have seen so far IMHO. I am nearing the end of the current playthrough. Will install this for the next one. Tracking for the moment.
BTW, what software do you use to make them group-posing like shown in pictures 2 & 3?
I played one successful play through with this mod, but in this new game, all male characters became bald. Only males. The three female members have no such problem. I installed a few other NPC-altering mods such as Pandorable and Kalilies, and KS Hairdo for all.
But no matter how I rearrange and sort the plugins and made changes to the file overwrites, I could not get them to have their hair back, even after loading this below every other NPC mods. Any idea, anyone?
Read your "rant" and agree with you. I see fine work here, and endorse! As a retired US Marine, I am well traveled and accustomed to treating with people of all "flavors", so Asian faces in Skyrim works for me - ethnic diversity, even in a game, is a good thing.
Although I do think TV and Hollywood try a little too hard in recent years to score points using diversification, and making everything Magic School Bus / Captain Planet levels of diverse or gender / race flipping classic iconic characters to be 'fresh' is getting borderline obnoxious (Star Trek's first gen never openly and repeatedly bragged about it's ethnic diversity and they didn't hard sell it), but yeah it's weird when people bring in 'lore-friendliness' as a point against asian features yet Skyrim comes with a (vanilla) character creation system which lets you make characters look pretty much however you want them to look. Meh.

For the group shots, I use Poser Hotkeys to freeze them into poses, and then 'tc' in console to position them.
I cover abit of the process here:

Again! Nicely done!
