Personally I would've put the gravesite further away from the town. There's a couple of reasons for this. Firstly, towns are always growing and expanding, being that Riverwood is a besides a river and its main export is lumber, it's a prime example of a village that's highly likely to grow into something much larger in the coming years. More people will begin living there, and with a higher population will come the need for expansion. You can probably already see where I'm getting with this, there may come a time where those graves will have to be removed to make space for other things. The city isn't the only thing that will be expanding of course, the gravesite will also grow larger over time, necessitating more space for more grave stones.

I see what you mean, and you make a really good point! Something I did not think of...
It's something I will keep in mind when making the other towns. Take the enviroment in consediration.
And I might make an alternate version with a more proper placement.
      Thanks for this! :)

But if they would expand, would'nt they seek the land outside the southern gate as it has more space ?

Expansion would happen predominantly in the areas with more space, yes, but would happen in all directions overall. Especially on the other side of the river.

Its not only very nearby the village, but its in the middle of dense nature, you can't see anything.
I walked around the Riverwood 3-4 times to finally find it. I believe you should move the site quite much further away from the village (to the west or to the east, whenever you like - there is a lot empty space).
Also, the "Riverwood Grove" already has a burial site inside the village's area - which I didn't like (generally that mod makes Riverwood almost a city, is too much. A JK Riverood overhaul is just fine).

As of this moment I won't make an alternate version, might do in the future, as I'm quite happy with it as it is now. If more people want an alternate version then I will make one.

As for the expantion of the town, it is very possible to expand around the site, to make the site a part of the town, instead of being outside the town. Is it possibly that the burial site is quite old, and therefore once was placed further away fron the town, but they have expandet up to the point we see in game.

As for the dense and green nautre surounding the site, it's ment to be like that. I find it a really cozy place to visit. I think it fits the rest of the enviroment around Riverwood quite qell. But I could make a less dense/green version, to make it more visible from the road :) I get what you mean, it's a little hidden.

Less dense greenery version is up, I hope this is more to your taste :-) Placement still the same, for now ..

Thank you for this mod and thank you so much for listening to user feedback! I really enjoy the new less dense greenery option. A location further away might or might not be better, not sure, but I do enjoy this as is.

You're most welcome! I'm happy you enjoy the less dense version, but I personally still likes the green version more.

Sure I'm listening to feedback, and try to adapt the wishes. I'm quite new to making mods for publish and I make my mods for the community, so would be quite idiotic not to listening or take advices from the community :D Gotta learn what they want..
